Sunday Run

Each Sunday following our fortnighly meetings there will be a run.

The run will commence at 8:00am Sharp from Memorial Hall Carpark, Park St Mona Vale, These runs will be programmed by our Events Committee and are listed in the "Coming Events". If indicated as "Sunday Run", the destination will be decided at the meeting prior to the day.

MidWeek Run

Each Wednesday a Short run will commence from Mona Vale Surf Club car park at 1pm.

On the Wednesday following each general meeting there will be also a longer run starting at 12Noon from the corner of Forest Way and Mona Vale Road.

15^th Morning Tea at Swanes Nursery (Cafe Botanica) (and a reference from Coffee Snobs), have a look around the Nursery, then a drive to Winsor to meet up with the PaddleWheeler for 12:30 departure for a BBQ lunch and Jazz band on a 2 hour Cruise,

Bookings are essential and has to be in by 15th Jan,
