SUMMARY:British Vehicles Big Day Out BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Join us as part of our regular club display BBQ’s\, this time feature British cars and bikes. \nThis is always well attended and very enjoyable. The club will supply all food and you only need to bring your own chairs\, plates and utensils. \nNo club raffle and prizes will be available on the day. \nBe sure also to put your name on the Michael Andrews Memorial Trophy attendance sheet. \nMeet /Start: Go directly to McCarrs Creek Reserve OR Bayview Reserve -according to your booked group. \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: NIL on this occasion \nNote: Due NSW Govt COVID Health restrictions\, currently there are maximum 30 people allowed at an outdoor event. Therefore\, we will have three different groups. \n***You will need to be fully double vaccinated to attend this Event*** \nQR CODE: You will need to sign in on arrival. In addition\, you will need to also sign an attendance sheet certifying that you have been double vaccinated. \nPlease book each person individually\, so we have correct attendance electronic name records. \nGroup One BBQ: within McCarrs Creek\, maximum of 30 people. Please register you attendance\, and when one group is fully booked\, then book under the next group. \nGroup Two BBQ: within McCarrs Creek\, maximum of 30 people. Please register you attendance\, and when one group is fully booked\, then book under the next group. \nGroup Three BBQ: Please note this will not be at McCarrs Creek. Location will be Bayview Reserve\, Pittwater Rd (carpark entrance off King Edward Ave)\, same start time from 8am. \nMaximum of 30 people. Please register you attendance. \nNote: Once three groups are full the Event will be booked out. Please book each person individually if possible. \nPLEASE also be sure to CANCEL 'Not Going' if you are unable to attend or CANNOT comply with the above conditions. \nBooking: ESSENTIAL! Unfortunately\, you will not be able to just 'turn up' on this occasion like before.
