DESCRIPTION:The Factory is the home of renown Australian confectionery producers Nougat Limar\, Bon Bon Fine Chocolate & The Sydney Marshmallow Co. \nWe have brunch at the cafe upon arrival. Then\, make your way through the big wooden doors where you will be greeted with hundreds of amazing\, locally made\, exclusive products for all tastes and ages. Explore an immersive world of chocolate\, nougat and much\, much more. \nCLICK BELOW FOR THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY INFO \nThe Chocolate Factory \nAfterwards\, for those that are interested as it is just down the road\, we visit the nearby historic Henry Kendall Cottage\, built 1836-1840.\nThere is also a museum. Set on 2 ½ acres and managed by Brisbane Water Historical Society. \nCottage and museum tour is booked for entry between 1.00pm and 2.00pm for 15 persons. Depart 10.15 am.  Further pick-up Cowan truck stop rest area approx 10.45 am. \nWe travel via Mona Vale Rd\, Telegraph Rd and Pacific Hwy before joining M1 Motorway at Wahroonga to Cowan.
