SUMMARY:PMEA Annual Xmas Party - RPAYC Newport
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our annual PMEA Xmas party at the wonderful Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Newport. Always very well attended\, with lots of laughs and entertainment. \nWe have a private room reserved with wonderful views. Capacity limits apply. \nPlease also note\, this is an adults only PMEA Event. \nStart:  Arrival from 11.00am\, lunch served from 12.00 noon.   \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: $30.00 per person\, special subsidized cost by PMEA\,  for a 2-course set menu (main and desert\, alternative drop) for PMEA member and partner.  Drinks at the bar available to purchase. \nCapacity is approx 110 persons.  \nNote : Dietary requirements available ONLY if pre-booked. Please indicate this when booking. \nBooking Process: Please indicate your interest by using the BOOK button. Then book the number of people attending in your party (with separate names please) and any dietary requirements. The organiser will be advised of your attendance. \nDO NOT book direct with venue!!!! \nBooking Deadline: Bookings have now CLOSED. Should you have any last minute enquiry\, please contact the President\, David Cawthorn. \nClub Display: Parking \, pre booked only with Committee approval\, for approximately 15 cars / motorcycles on RPAYC front lawn (if wet\, this will not be possible). Cars must be enter from 10.30am and be parked in place by 11.15am. Members should approach the display organiser\, Vice President Barry Ahern\, to display a vehicle. \n  \n  \n
