SUMMARY:PMEA Annual Xmas Party - RPAYC Newport
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our annual PMEA Xmas party at the wonderful Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Newport. Always very well attended\, with lots of laughs and entertainment. \nWe have a private room reserved with wonderful views. Capacity limits apply. \nPlease also note\, this is an adults only PMEA Event. \nStart:  Arrival from 11.00am\, lunch served from 12.00 noon.   \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: $40.00 per person (excluding PMEA subsidy)\,  for a 2-course set menu (main and desert\, alternative drop) for PMEA member and partner.  Drinks at the bar available to purchase. \nCapacity is approximately 120 persons.  \nNote : Dietary requirements available ONLY if pre-booked. Please email one of the organisers. \nBooking Process:  Please indicate your interest by using the RSVP button and book the number of people attending in your party (with full separate names please). \nThe organiser will then be advised of your attendance. Please then immediately pay by EFT bank transfer to PMEA at BSB 062-205\, Account 1046 7182 with your SURNAME and XMAS as reference.  Tickets will be provided from the Treasurer by email once payment has been made. \nDO NOT book direct with venue!!!! \nBooking Deadline: BOOKINGS HAVE NOW CLOSED.  \nClub Display: Parking \, pre booked only with Committee approval\, for approximately 15 cars / motorcycles on RPAYC front lawn (if wet\, this will not be possible). Cars must enter from 10.00am and be parked in place by 11.00am. Members should approach the display organiser\, Vice President Barry Ahern\, to display a vehicle. \n***PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE CAR DISPLAY IS NOW FULLY BOOKED*** \n  \n  \n
