DESCRIPTION:***PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOKINGS FOR OUR 2025 XMAS PARTY HAVE NOW CLOSED**** \nPlease join us for our annual PMEA Xmas party at the wonderful Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Newport. Always very well attended\, with lots of laughs and entertainment. \nWe have a private room reserved with wonderful views. Capacity is approximately 120 persons. \nPlease also note\, this is an adults only PMEA Event. \nNewsflash: Don't miss our special 'intermission'...prepare to be surprised!! \nStart:  Arrival from 11.00am\, lunch served from 12.00 noon.   \nFinish: At your leisure\, from around 3.30 pm. \nCost: PMEA Members & Associate Members $50.00 per person. PMEA Non-Members $95.00 per person. \nThis will be a 2-course set menu (alternative drop) as per below. \nMenu Inclusions:\nArtisan Bread & Butter \nMains \n\nBeef Eye Fillet with roasted vine tomatoes\, salsa verde\nGrilled Barramundi & Prawn with lemon parsley brown butter\n\nSides to Share \n\nBowls of crunchy roast potatoes\nGreen garden salad with soft herbs\, asparagus & white balsamic vinaigrette\n\nDessert \n\nLittle Christmas pudding with brandy custard & candied cumquats\, or\nBrown sugar pavlova with mascarpone\, mango\, raspberry & passionfruit\n\nTo Finish\nHouse-made shortbread with tea & coffee. \nDrinks at the bar available to purchase. \nNote : Dietary requirements available ONLY if pre-booked. Please email one of the organisers. Dietary requirements MUST be advised no later than 10 days prior to the event. \nBooking Process:  Please indicate your interest by using the RSVP button and book the number of people attending in your party (with full separate names please). \nThe organiser will then be advised of your attendance. DO NOT book direct with venue!!!!  \nPlease then immediately pay by EFT bank transfer to PMEA at BSB 062-205\, Account 1046 7182 with your SURNAME and XMAS as reference.  Alternatively\, payments accepted at a General Meeting if you have difficulty in paying by EFT. \nTickets will be provided from the Treasurer by email once payment has been made.  \nPayment & Booking Deadline: Friday 5th December 2025 \nClub Display: Parking \, pre booked only with Committee approval\, for approximately 15 cars / motorcycles on RPAYC front lawn (if wet\, this will not be possible). Cars must enter from 10.00am and be parked in place by 11.00am.
