SUMMARY:General Meeting - Pittwater RSL
DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with PMEA\, Northern Beaches Hot Rods will showcase another car and bike show in 2026. Up to 150 vehicles and bikes will be on display. \nClub volunteers will collect 'gold coin' donations from the public at two different entry gates\, with all funds raised (after costs) to be distributed to local charities. \nTrophies will be awarded via 'People's Choice' voting system: \n\n1st\, 2nd and 3rd place for Best Classic car\n1st\, 2nd and 3rd place for Best Hot Rod\n1st place for Best Bike\n\nAssigned club volunteers at the entry point gates will handing be out people's choice voting slips to the public upon entry. \nPresentation awards will commence at 1.00pm.  \nEntrants:  \nAll show cars to enter starting at 8.00am\, no entry after 8.55am. Parking arrangement first in first served.  Enter via Foley St only. \nNO entry permitted for vehicles NOT pre-booked and paid. Vehicles must be in their designated parking bay by 8.55am. \nPlease park in your allocated parking bay.  Marshalls will direct you to your allocated parking space . \nTrailered cars to unload from 7.30am\, all trailers removed by 8.00am. \nEntry fee: $15.00 per vehicle. BOTH entry form and payment must be received by closing date of 24th June. \nCapacity limit-150 entrants. PMEA Members -Don't forget to bring your PMEA Windscreen Banner too!! \nEntry Forms: ONLINE ONLY as below.    \n2026 Online Entry Form \nDeparture: NOT BEFORE 1.30pm. Vehicles are NOT permitted to leave early due to safety requirements.
