SUMMARY:Mid-Week *LONG* Run - The Old Road Cafe\, Mount White
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on our monthly longer mid-week run\, this time we have a slightly longer run\, over the Hawkesbury River to the popular Old Road Cafe at Mount White.  \nMotorbikes and cars\, all welcome.  \nMeet /Start: Apex Park car park Mona Vale Beach\, off Darley St East. Arrive from 9.45 a.m. \nWe then depart 10.00 a.m via Mona Vale Rd to our additional meeting point\, outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd (before slip road to Narabang Way)\, where we then depart at 10.30 a.m. \nWe'll re-group at the Cowan truck rest stop (also referred to as the old "toll gates")\, then continue another 23km to Mount White along the Old Pacific Highway. Driving time from here to cafe is 25 mins. Total time from Belrose to Mount White via Old Pacific Highway is approximately 1 hour 15mins\,  with estimated arrival 11.45 at Mount White. \nCost: Individual payment at venue \nNote: Contact Nigel in the event of wet weather!!! \nBooking: RSVP preferred and please stipulate your joining place\, so that we know who to look out for and where. Do this by typing the place next to your name\, e.g. Joe Bloggs (MV Beach) or Bunnings\, when you RSVP.
