DESCRIPTION:Cafe set in peaceful leafy surrounds situated in Brays Bay Reserve\, alongside the Kokoda Track Memborial Walkway. Brays Bay forms part of the Parramatta River.  \nThe Kokoda Track Memorial Walkway is a living memorial and a principal site of commemoration honouring all those who fought for Australia during World War II. The Walkway covers more than 800 metres from Rhodes Station to Concord Hospital in Sydney’s inner-west\, and runs along the mangrove-studded shores of Brays Bay on the Parramatta River. \nAt the centrepiece are magnificent granite walls bearing photographic images of the Kokoda campaign. There are 22 audio-visual stations along the Walkway\, each describing a significant place or military engagement. The Walkway has been planted with lush tropical vegetation simulating the conditions of The Kokoda Track. \nMeet /Start: Meet 7.45am Mona Vale Library carpark. Depart 8.00am sharp. Your host will be Tony\, the curator of this amazing collection. \n***You will need to be fully double vaccinated to attend this Event AND you must bring and wear a mask indoors while viewing the collection***  \nMeet /Start: Meet 7.45am Mona Vale Library carpark. Depart 8.00am sharp. \nAdditional pick up: outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd\, before slip road to Narabang Way. Depart 8.15 am sharp. \nRoute via Lane Cove Rd\, Ryde Rd\, Ryde Bridge\, Concord Rd to destination. Breakfast Point is a bit tricky to get to\, so good idea to enable your GPS.  \nLocation: Enter as group only. Parking in Emily St or Village Drive (unrestricted) Breakfast Point. Village Drive is a circle road so park anywhere you can. We will meet as a group outside covered sheltered picnic tabled structure in Village Drive for special short BRIEFING prior to walking together to the location. Held annually within the various fields of the The Kings School. \nLargest display of classic British Marque cars in NSW.  This year marks the 40th Anniversary of this event. \nThe All British Day dates back to October 1981 when the newly formed Austin Motor Vehicle Club staged a display of British Cars on the top floor of the Top Ryde Shopping Centre.  \nUp to 500 vehicles usually attend.  This is a highlight MUST DO on most British marque club’s calendars every year. \nFood and coffee for purchase on grounds\, however with large queues\, it is advisable to bring your own picnic lunch.  \nAn event not to be missed. \nMeet /Start: (Entrants and spectators)-Meet Mona Vale Library carpark at 7.15 a.m.. Depart 7.30am sharp.  \nAdditional pick up: outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd\, before slip road to Narabang Way.
