DESCRIPTION:Please join us on our monthly longer mid-week run\, this time we are trying a slightly longer run\, over the Hawkesbury River to the popular Old Road Cafe at Mount White.  \nMotorbikes and cars\, all welcome.  \nMeet /Start: Apex Park car park Mona Vale Beach\, off Darley St East. Arrive from 9.45 a.m. \nWe then depart 10.00 a.m via Mona Vale Rd to our additional meeting point\, outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd (before slip road to Narabang Way)\, where we then depart at 10.30 a.m. \nWe’ll regroup at the Cowan truck rest stop\, then continue another 23km to Mount White along the Old Pacific Highway. Driving time from here to cafe is 25 mins. Total time from Belrose to Mount White via Old Pacific Highway is approximately 1 hour 15mins\,  with estimated arrival 11.45-12.00 noon at Mount White. \nCost: Individual payment at venue \nNote: Contact Nigel in the event of wet weather!!! \nBooking: RSVP preferred and please stipulate your joining place\, so that we know who to look out for and where. DESCRIPTION:This month we make our first visit to this trendy new Artisanal Bakery/Cafe at Frenchs Forest.  \nEasy access\, Frenchs Fair is tucked away just off  Wakehurst Parkway\, situated under the new ‘Jardin’ apartment complex\, corner of Frenchs Forest Rd (East) and Skyline Place. \nPastries and sourdough baked daily! \nThe manager has set aside tables for PMEA outside (under shelter)\, so we can keep an eye on our classic vehicles.  Parking is available directly opposite and also inside the industrial complex of #1 Skyline Place (plenty of spaces on a Sunday). Additional visitor parking underneath the cafe. \nLimited seating is also available inside the cafe. DESCRIPTION:Driven by a desire to do something to fight the cruelty of cancer and a passion for traveling this beautiful country in recycled vehicles\, PMEA Member Alastair Macdonald will walk us through a presentation about his adventures travelling on the 2025 Winter Perth to Darwin Shitbox Rally in a 1974 Ford Falcon XB wagon. \nAn important part of the rally is raising funds that go towards fund Cancer Research.  Over the last 14 years the Shitbox Rally has raised over $14 million for the Cancer Council and has become one of the biggest contributors to cancer research in Australia. \nPlease join us at this meeting to hear all about Alastair’s preparation for this event\, along with stories and pictures from previous ‘Shitbox Rallies’ \nGeneral Meetings are held every fortnight on Tuesday evenings\, commencing at 7.30pm and run for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15mins. \nNew members and visitors welcome. Arrive from 9.45 a.m. \nWe then depart 10.00 a.m via Mona Vale Rd to our additional meeting point\, outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd (before slip road to Narabang Way)\, where we then depart at 10.30 a.m. \nWe’ll re-group at the Cowan truck rest stop (also referred to as the old “toll gates”)\, then continue another 23km to Mount White along the Old Pacific Highway. Driving time from here to cafe is 25 mins. DESCRIPTION:General Meetings are held every fortnight on Tuesday evenings\, commencing at 7.30pm and run for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15mins. \nMeetings may include special guest speaker\, member interview\, special presentation etc and always finish with our very own PMEA club videos. \nNew members and visitors welcome. Free parking is available in the general car park. \nJoin us for social drinks and light finger food in the bar area after the meeting.  \nMembers may purchase beverages at the main bar at very reasonable club prices.

DESCRIPTION:Join us as part of our regular club display BBQ’s\, this time featuring American vehicles.  \nPMEA Members and their invited guests ONLY. \nThere will be a ‘People’s Choice’ Award vote for the best American vehicle on show\, with a trophy and prize available to the winner. Please make sure you vote for your favourite vehicle soon after arrival. \nThis is always well attended and very enjoyable. The club will supply all food and you only need to bring your own chairs\, plates\, mugs and utensils. \nThe club will also conduct raffle prizes on the day. \nMake sure to register your attendance with your full name/car driven for the Michael Andrews Memorial Trophy attendance points. \n****If likelihood of wet weather\, please check STOP PRESS on home page of website a day or two beforehand**** \nMeet /Start: From 8.00 am. Go directly to McCarrs Creek Reserve  \nParking: Immediate vicinity is reserved for American vehicles ONLY!. Other makes/modern/SUV’s  to park further away-please note!!! This makes it easier to view for the People’s Choice. \nCost: Bargain price of $5 per person\, includes breakfast and chance to win a raffle prize valued at $20-$25 each. \nPlease note: If you have not paid and signed on\, you will be ineligible to participate in the BBQ and for the raffle prize draw.  \nPeople’s Choice: Prize vote for the most popular American car or bike on the day! \nBooking: ESSENTIAL for catering purposes!!
