DESCRIPTION:Please join us on our monthly longer mid-week run\, this time to the popular Pie In The Sky Cafe at Cowan.  \nMotorbikes and cars\, all welcome.  \nMeet /Start: Apex Park car park Mona Vale Beach\, off Darley St East. Arrive from 9.45 a.m. \nWe then depart 10.00 a.m via Mona Vale Rd to our additional meeting point\, outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd (before slip road to Narabang Way)\, where we then depart at 10.30 a.m. \nDriving time approximately 1hr 15 mins from Mona Vale to Cowan\, with estimated arrival 11.30-11.45 a.m. at Cowan. \nCost: Individual payment at venue \nNote: Contact Nigel in the event of wet weather!!! \nBooking: RSVP preferred and please stipulate your joining place\, so that we know who to look out for and where.
