DESCRIPTION:Join us as part of our regular club display BBQ’s\, this time feature British made vehicles. \nPMEA Members and their invited guests ONLY.  \nThis is always well attended and very enjoyable. The club will supply all food and you only need to bring your own chairs\, plates and utensils. \nRaffle prizes will be available on the day. Be sure also to put your full name/car driven on the Michael Andrews Memorial Trophy attendance sheet to accumulate points towards end of year prizes. \nYou will receive one extra point if you bring your HVS/CVS vehicle.  \nMeet /Start: Go directly to McCarrs Creek Reserve  \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: Voluntary $2 gold coin for Raffle tickets. \nNote: PLEASE also be sure to CANCEL ‘Not Going’ if you are unable to attend for catering purposes\, by using the ‘Can’t Go’ button. DESCRIPTION:This meeting will also feature presentation of PMEA club regalia.  \nPolo shirts\, T-shirts\, fleecy tops and zip up jackets\, sleeveless soft-shell vests and caps will be available to order on the night.  \nThis will be our last General Meeting and Regalia meeting for 2023. \nGeneral Meetings are held every fortnight on Tuesday evenings\, commencing at 7.30pm and run for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15mins. \nNew members and visitors welcome. Free parking is available in the general car park. \nJoin us for complimentary canapés and sandwiches in the funky award winning Monkey Bun bar area after the meeting.  \nMembers may also purchase coffee and beverages at the main bar at very reasonable club prices. \n

DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our annual PMEA Xmas party at the wonderful Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Newport. Always very well attended\, with lots of laughs and entertainment. \nWe have a private room reserved with wonderful views. Capacity limits apply. \nPlease also note\, this is an adults only PMEA Event. \nStart:  Arrival from 11.00am\, lunch served from 12.00 noon.   \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: $40.00 per person (excluding PMEA subsidy)\,  for a 2-course set menu (main and desert\, alternative drop) for PMEA member and partner.  Drinks at the bar available to purchase. \nCapacity is approximately 120 persons.  \nNote : Dietary requirements available ONLY if pre-booked. Please email one of the organisers. \nBooking Process:  Please indicate your interest by using the RSVP button and book the number of people attending in your party (with full separate names please). \nThe organiser will then be advised of your attendance. Please then immediately pay by EFT bank transfer to PMEA at BSB 062-205\, Account 1046 7182 with your SURNAME and XMAS as reference.  Tickets will be provided from the Treasurer by email once payment has been made. \nDO NOT book direct with venue!!!! \nBooking Deadline: BOOKINGS HAVE NOW CLOSED.  \nClub Display: Parking \, pre booked only with Committee approval\, for approximately 15 cars / motorcycles on RPAYC front lawn (if wet\, this will not be possible). Cars must enter from 10.00am and be parked in place by 11.00am.
