DESCRIPTION:Tonight we have a 20 minute video on an amazing Northern beaches engineer and character Bob Miles.  \nBob is a past President of the Northern Beaches hot rod club and one of the mentors of our own Stuart Dunbar\, a PMEA vehicle inspector. \nHe has recently closed his BPM business in Cromer\, where for years he made and repaired tail shafts and used his ingenuity to build & repair a multitude of hot rods. \nBob is well known in PMEA for his support at our many car shows throughout the years and assisted PMEA club members David Rundle & Geoff Morris to prepare their 1927 Franklin sedan for the Circumnavigation of Australia Tour in 2011-2012. \nThis interview by David & Stuart\, with Ray on camera\, will show you the inner sanctum of a local mechanical Genius. Classed as a technical night\, don’t miss it! \nWe will also be showing PMEA video “Regional NSW Discovery Tour Berry & Surrounds 17 – 25 May 2024- Day 1”.  \nA meeting not to be missed! \nGeneral Meetings are held every fortnight on Tuesday evenings\, commencing at 7.30pm and run for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15mins. \nNew members and visitors welcome. DESCRIPTION:Today\, PMEA will be holding a BYO breakfast picnic in conjunction with the above. Please follow the road to the left and continue around the back of the oval until you see the ‘PMEA’ banner. Please park in the designated area as per the below map. \n Should you wish to just attend the picnic\, please arrive anytime from 9.30 a.m. onwards.  \nDonington Auctions AutoBrunch St Ives is a monthly coming together of enthusiasts with a myriad of eclectic vehicles. These range from exotic supercars through to veteran/vintage cars and British\, American and European classics. \nFrom 1920’s to present day\, there is always something different to feast your eyes on. This is a large monthly event\, free of charge to enter and display. \nPMEA Club members are invited to display their vehicles from 7.00 a.m until 9.30 a.m and then move their vehicles across to the picnic area as described.   \n \nUsually 200+ vehicles on show from veteran to modern. It’s a nice location with lots of space\, shade and toilets. You will need to get in early if you want a good spot to park and display. \nThe cafe within the showground is now open but there are often lengthy queues.  \nMeet /Start: Go direct to location. \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: $5 to display your vehicle on the showground oval  \nNote: Held on the 1st Sunday of each month from 7.00 a.m.  \nBooking: PMEA Members ONLY\, please RSVP if you are attending the picnic.
