SUMMARY:47 Oaks Cafe\, Peats Ridge Village
DESCRIPTION:Relaxed longer drive to the village of Peats Ridge for our PMEA members wanting to get out of town and enjoy a rural drive. Motorbikes and cars\, all welcome. \n47 Oaks Cafe (formerly Corrugated Cafe) is a popular destination for car clubs and has plenty of tables both inside and outside. Car parking is plentiful and there is also an Ampol service station in the village if you need to top up with fuel. \nOnce off the M1\, Peats Ridge Rd has little traffic. Return journey can be via Calga and the Old Pacific Highway if you prefer a different route home. \nClick Here for Driving Route Map and further location photos \nMeet /Start: Apex Park car park Mona Vale Beach\, off Darley St East. Arrive from 9.45 a.m.  \nWe then depart 10.00 a.m via Mona Vale Rd to our additional meeting point\, outside Bunnings Belrose on Mona Vale Rd (before slip road to Narabang Way)\, where we then depart at 10.30 a.m. \nWe travel via Mona Vale Rd through St Ives\, Telegraph Rd Pymble through to Pacific Hwy\, then M1 to Calga/Peats Ridge turn off\, then Peats Ridge Rd to destination.  \nDriving time approximately 1hr 15 mins from Mona Vale to Peats Ridge\, with estimated arrival 11.45 a.m. at the cafe. Distance is approximately 75km. \nCafe Booking Time:  12.00 p.m for 25 persons. \nIndividual payment at cafe for own consumption of food and beverages. \nBooking: Please RSVP as soon as possible! DESCRIPTION:AutoBrunch St Ives is a monthly coming together of enthusiasts with a myriad of eclectic vehicles. These range from exotic supercars through to veteran/vintage cars and British\, American and European classics. \nFrom 1920’s to present day\, there is always something different to feast your eyes on. This is the largest ‘Cars and Coffee’ type event in the Sydney area. \nPMEA Club members are invited to display their vehicles. The event is organised by the North Shore Sporting Car Club.  \nUsually 200+ vehicles on show from veteran to modern. It’s a nice location with lots of space\, shade and toilets. You will need to get in early if you want a good spot to park and display. \nOnsite cafe selling limited food and drinks. \nMeet /Start: Go direct to location. \nDeparture: At your leisure \nCost: Entry fee $5.00  \nNote: Held on the 1st Sunday of each month\, weather permitting.  \nBooking: No need\, just turn up

In excess of 150 vehicles and bikes on display. \n***Please note entries are now closed as all spaces available have now been filled. **** \nThis will raise greatly needed funds for our featured charities\, namely Mens Shed Australia (Men’s Health) -Pittwater Senior Toy Repair Group Northern Beaches and the local Ingleside Rural Fire Service-RFS.  \nClub volunteers will collect ‘gold coin’ entry donations from the public at two different entry gates. \nDuring the morning\, Pittwater Pelicans Bowling Club will be running a sausage sizzle in the grounds surrounding the car show\, available to purchase for $5.00. Several coffee vans will be also onsite during the morning. \nPittwater RSL will offer a special ‘Burger and Beer’ $14 lunch meal deal on the day for members of PMEA and Northern Beaches Hot Rods only.  Applies from 12pm only.  \nYou will need to show proof of membership and surrender printed voucher which entrants will be given on arrival. \nThere will be ‘Official Judges’ from CMC appraising the cars and bikes\, with Pittwater RSL sponsored trophies to be awarded. Categories are: \n\nBest Original Classic\nBest Modified Classic\nBest Hot Rod\nBest Bike\nBest In Show\nPeople’s Choice\n\nAssigned club volunteers at the entry point gates will handing out people’s choice voting slips to the public upon entry. \nPresentation awards commence at approximately 12.30pm.  \nEntrants: Gates open from 7.30am. **Enter via Foley St only** two lanes. Traffic marshals will direct you. \nNO entry permitted for vehicles NOT pre-booked\, entry will be refused.  \nVehicles must be in their designated parking spot by 8.45am. \nPlease park in your allocated parking bay.  Marshalls will direct you to your allocated parking space in the lower carparks\, either level one\, two or three.  PLEASE ONLY park in your allocated space. PLEASE  ENSURE you park straight and leave adequate width between vehicles. \nAll vehicles entered MUST pre-pay entry fee in advance. BOTH entry form and payment must be received – if you have not paid yet\, please do so immediately! \nDeparture: NOT before 1.00pm.
