Hello to all,
Important news – change of meeting night. Future general meetings will be on Wednesday nights at 7.30pm at RMYC with the usual arrangements for pre meeting Bistro and post meeting bar facilities. As previously notified, the RMYC is now closed Mon & Tues nights for the winter. Seventy two members attended our last meeting and voted 54 to 18 in favour of Wed (See minutes) Thanks for the record attendance.
Our next meeting will be Wednesday 26th May,2021
Our next Sunday run on May 16th – see David Cawthorn’s notes below.
Unique Vehicle Display at RMYC on Sunday, 23rd May. We now have over 80 entries so we are guaranteed a great display as in previous years. We encourage all members to become involved in this great display!
- This is our major fund raiser. With 424 members now, if each of us contributes, we can raise a great amount to donate to BEAR COTTAGE and to our local MARINE RESCUE. All money raised goes to these organisations – nothing to us or RMYC.
- There are 4 ways members can contribute
- Enter a display vehicle,
- Volunteer for duties assisting on the day – ring or text me 0409 860001
- Attend as spectator on the day with family & friends – voluntary entry donation per person.
- Donate to the cause – deposit to PMEA bank with UNIQUEVD as reference (essential) & name (voluntary) BSB: 062 205 ACC: 1046 7182. We can transfer a lump sum to RMYC.
Click here to see John Kaye’s video and photos of previous displays.
Happy motoring and enjoy your club – your attendance is our measure of success!
