Step inside the over 100 year-old Leichhardt Tramshed and see our extensive collection of vintage buses. View our World War II exhibition, see our impressive display hall, and experience a ride aboard a vintage double-decker bus across the ANZAC Bridge to the museum and return to the CBD.
Ticket prices are $22 adults, $16 Concession and Seniors and includes all day entry to the museum and unlimited rides aboard the vintage bus services to and from Town Hall (Park St, Stand H) and return.
Exclusive PMEA Guided Tour of the Museum lead by volunteer Duncan. Tour takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on arrival at the museum. Cash and Card payments are accepted.
The museum opens its doors at 10am.

Sydney Bus Museum
Note: If you will NOT be joining us on the vintage bus from Town Hall to Leichardt and wish to make your own way to or from the museum, please see below information:
The museum is a 5 minute walk away from the nearest public bus stop on Norton Street at the Pioneer's Memorial Park, which is services by a number of routes:
- Route 437 bus- City QVB to Five Dock
- The Leichhardt North Light Rail station is also a short 450 metre walk from the Museum . This stop is serviced by the L1 line which operates from Central to Dulwich Hill via the Inner West.
Meet /Start: Meet 9.30 am Town Hall, Park St, Stand H.
BY VINTAGE BUS from Town Hall to the museum and return.
The first bus departs 9.55am and then every half hour.
